A construction-based Consultancy is seeking a 4D Planner to work in their Digital Construction team. The position is remote based with occasional London office and site travel, and pays up to £75,000 + benefits.
This global consultancy is expanding their Digital Construction Technology and 4D Services in the UK with a focus on improving project efficiency and risk mitigation through cutting-edge digital construction technology.
As a 4D Planner, you will be part of a team looking at integrated delay and quantum on large scale construction projects, becoming a 4D technical solutions expert. This is a unique opportunity to work with advanced 4D visualisation technology, integrating time data with 3D spatial representations for dynamic construction project management.
4D Planner Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage 4D planning models for diverse construction projects.
· Integrate time and spatial data to create detailed visualisations of project timelines and workflows.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project improvements.
· Ensure adherence to BIM Level 2 standards and enhance digital capabilities.
· Support 4D process development to drive project efficiency.
· Provide expert advice on 4D planning and visualisation.
Desired experience for this 4D Planner role:
· Proven experience as a 4D Planner or Planning Manager with expertise in 4D techniques.
· In-depth knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and digital project management tools.
· Strong track record of delivering effective 4D solutions on high-profile construction projects.
· Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
